I was a TICA agent, this couldn't be more accurate! Drive people to sell the products that no one knows SF has, and when you've used up all your finances.....cut ties, and get rid of them. Unless you were lucky enough to have a natural market that allowed you to sell enough life policies to travel, and get out of agency after one year. Get the big salary, corporate car, and breathe a sigh of relief that you weren't an agent anymore. hahaha

This is exactly like statefarm from my experience. AFE were ex agents that only sold life policies And didn't know crap about P and C. They never show up to the office but write you up if you're 5 minutes late to you weekly meeting.

This is funny as hail - I just passed my exam and already have healthy trepidation about insurance landmines like these. I Want true residuals but just how with life health & acc?
This is exactly my 1 year State Farm experience to a tee...I left a 5 yr career at AmFam for this horse crap. What needs to be added is this: if you try to get creative with your marketing (ie: use the internet for yourself) you will have your securities license suspended so that it is impossible to make your financial services quota. We will then hound you even more, making you drive 500 miles round trip to the corporate office multiple times for meetings until you go crazy and quit.
