I think the only real way to see a decline in abortion is to increase the communication lines for adoption. If we could eliminate the stigma and shame that is sometimes heaped on women for "giving up" a child at birth then perhaps fewer abortions would take place? It is much easier to hide an abortion than a full term delivery and adoption. With abortion no one will lecture the woman about smoking or alcohol ect... being obviously pregnant puts a woman under a public microscope.

@xcolompapi did you know that american doctors push women into inductions? inducing labor to get the baby out sooner even though the baby is NOT ready for delivery? did you know that this leads to many infant deaths/complications here in the States? do you know WHY doctors push inductions? to turn over hospital beds, for profit. but you dont care about this. you wanna cry and whine about embryos. time to start prioritzing.

@xcolompapi c section is risky and puts mother and child in harms way. why dont you scream about this? did you know that nearly 300 baby boys die every year in the US due to their unconsented genital mutilation surgery that is done for NO medical reason? do you know why doctors push this dangerous mutilation?  MONEY. why arent you screaming about this? are you sure you REALLY care about mothers and their babies?

@xcolompapi are you aware of how many women and their babies die each year in the US from their uneccessary c section deliveries? deaths that could have been avoided had the woman birth naturally through her vagina? did you know that the US has one of the highest infant mortality rates in the western world because of non medical c section? do you know the reason doctors push this on women? @xcolompapi and there is really not much money being made in aboritons. abortions are one of the simplest and cheapest medical procedures out there. PP makes NOTHING off of abortions, and most insurance plans cover it. without insurance it is a few hundred dollars. doctors are making a zillion times that by pushing mothers into dangerous c sections though. too bad you dont care about THAT. and aboriton does in fact kill something, but its not a child.

@xcolompapi no, the medical community is NOT torn. the proper term for the organism that is in utero is FETUS. the proper term for the organism post birth is BABY. their is no medical community divide on this. "life begining at conception" is a religious concept. NOT medical, therefor it is not even discussed by doctors who do not have relgious bias. it is not a "no brainer". embryology tells us that egg and sperm create an EMBRYO, NOT a person. you're not thinking critically

@xcolompapi the woman doesnt donate anything??? do you not know what pregnancy is? the woman donates her uterus. the woman donates her nutrition. the woman donates her oxygen.  the woman donates her energy. the woman risks her life. are you serious with this? a fetus NEEDS the woman to survive. this is what makes it different from an actual BABY. babies dont need their mother's bodies to live. they breath on their own, digetst food on their own. please dont be an idiot.

@ILoveFriedFetus The only ones that support this are lobbyists and politicians and ppl that make money off this industry...not scientists. This is why butchers-dressed in "doctor's clothing" hide and conceal their identity...only very few admit to be abortionists. I know that because I see it happen, even at the abortuary where we help these poor despairing girls...Some butchers even will READILY ADMIT that they are killing a child and don't care...even they disagree with you

Biology texts and embryology will tell you life begins at conception. That's a no brainer. Now, if you wanna play the "personhood" game, that's a way of going off the tangent and splitting hairs through rhetoric...Slavery and the Holocaust supporters did that too
