but how can u record a video from normal speed to slow motion at the same time?

@bboyzuel While 30-210 fps is selected, you can toggle the movie recording speed between 30 fps and 210 fps by pushing SET while filming, and you will see the on-screen 30-210 fps or whatever change from one to the other
