  • The Moore brothers were indeed two of GM Lee's first black belts but did not go beyond first degree. They then left to start their own school. What they teach is what the learned from him. They then created their own history and taught the system the way they wanted to. Richard Lee has had no involvement with them since that time.

  • WhiteCane, Correction! In1967 "I was teaching the Tracy system of Kenpo as taught to him by Ed Parker. I had many students that earned their black belts with me under the Tracy system of Kenpo. The black belts that I produced after 1972 were the first Bok-Fu black belts." Mr Lee- Al & Ralph were Tracy' Black Belts. Found at history of Bok Fu. Al jr after 1972

  • Im a high orange in shou shou. Why does it take 10 years to become black belt in shou shou but 2 years in Karate? Since Im high orange what belt do you think I would be in other martial arts?

  • All I know is, that the FKKA is better than any school

  • @jdinca Yes, I actually knew senior. He said that he attended those classes and achieved a blackbelt. He said he did it because he had no clue as to how to make martial arts into a business. After checking the website of your martial art, I note that there are some pretty significant differences, both in movement and in technique. Al did not learn how to do martial arts from your school. He did learn how to market martial arts.

  • @chaosprite I'm a student and instructor at Richard Lee's school in Alamo. There are five names on the BB plaque from the sixties. Two of them are Ralph and Al Moore. Believe what you choose.

  • @WhiteCane Yes...holy crap...really a grandmaster sent his son to learn what other arts were doing? Gee...that never happens.

  • @jdinca Ahh....shit you read on bullshido. Don't believe everything you read.

  • I may not be high green belt or third degree brown belt but I myself practice this martial art.

  • -_- this is so gay. may as well be live action roll playing.

  • I learn at the dojo In elk grove (: badass martial arts. Got into a fight at school once nobody fucks with me now.

  • @thecolemanofficial I know Trenton's Dad. I work out with him. Trenton just beat a kid at a tournament. If you're still interested, I'll send you my email.
