U.S.S. Capricorn Departs the Polaris Shipyards

This is a Blender animation I made with some of my Trek Mesh models. All the models featured are my own. The Capricorn is a Challenger Class Starship, and you can see glimpses of my U.S.S. Chicago, Olympic class behind the Capricorn in the same docking bay. These ships are based off of studio models used in the Star Trek the Next Generation series. The Polaris Shipyard Station is pretty much my own design, with some carry over elements from the Spacedock Model made for Star Trek III.

I modeled and shot the footage with Blender, a FREE 3D animation program anyone can download and learn to use.

Thank you very much. I think I did a much better job with "The Capricorn Embarks..." It's a very similar video, but The Challenger class model is much improved in that clip, and the editing is much better. But I do like this one as well.
