Good tip...this 'what's using power even though it's not on thing' still confuses me. We recently decided to just unplug all items except for house phones. We then always plug in when and what we need...it does mean the cable TV has to be frequently reinstalled and it means we spend a lot of time plugging in and out things. That said I feel buying another device to make is us greener is also not always the best way to go.

we have cheap power here 4 cents a kwh, and i dont live my parents you fuck, i burn tires and i dump car batteries into lakes and streams on water foul production areas, so suck it
