@NOAHofDEATH The president can't legalize weed by himself - but he decides which bills to veto, appoints people to his administration, and has some influence over congress. Paul will push for it.
1/3 of the Senate is coming up for election. Figure out who in your state is running for office, what they stand for, who you want in & who you want out, so more pro-weed people get into the government. (hint: Libertarians tend to be most weed-friendly)
