How does folder structure work? Does it take all the drives and you just assign it as one drive? So windows just sees one harddrive in my computer?

Hello, I purchased a drobo & can't figure out how to put my itunes & iphoto in there. Can you make a video explaining how to do this on a mac? I don't want to use drobo as back up just external hard drive to free up my internal drive which is filling up very quickly. Thanks...
