Land Rover Discovery Exhaust

04 Discovery with Flowmaster 40 Series and resonator replaced with straight pipe. Sounds better in person.

Has a nice rumble around 1.5 rpm. Pay attention to the aggressive throaty rumble at 0:38 and 0:41 seconds into the video. Cabin noise is much before 30mph but moderate after that.

I am looking at doing a similar set up to my Range Rover classic. Is that the 4.6 engine? also have you heard of any differences between super 40's and the super 44's on LRs

Yes, its a 4.6 engine. I believe the 44's are made for larger trucks with a more aggressive exhaust note.
