but for some people it IS hard to go for a walk
maybe have child who cannot walk far
maybe it is too much to get kids dressed in coats etc tojust walk the streets (traffic fumes not good )
maybe the person is a carer, and cannot leave elderly parent for long
everyone has different lives and some of us have little 'me time'
maybe live in an area where it is not safe to walk
this is a fun alternative for some people
everyone likes different things

if ur obese u dont have to spend around £250 to get fit its not that hard to go out for a walk like u said
