"Right Back..." reached #8 in the UK in the autumn of 1975, "Right Back... was released in the US early 1976 to enthusiastic reaction, reaching #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in May of 1976. Nightingale, who had returned to Germany, was motivated by her single's US success to complete a Right Back Where We Started From album in London and then precede to the US.

  • @TheHermionefan Wow! Me too! That's so crazy! I watched it like 5 years ago, and then the credits came on and I was obsessed with the song. And the song ended, and I was really sad. :P

    But today, for some reason, a song I was listening to reminded me of this song, but I didn't know what it was called, and I totally forgot the name of the movie, so I googled a movie that "had a lot of kids in it", and I found it! And, here I am now... gotta love the internet!
