Skid Row rulez.. they were elemental for most amiga games. just like fairlight and crystal.. omg i miss those times :(

I used to use a kickstart 1.3 bootdisk to use old 500 games on the 1200. It worked for the most part. chip on disk!

@shizoor You could always get the boot menu by holding down both mouse buttons on the a1200 to get ECS games working, can't remember the options now.. disable fastmem etc. probably.

@iamgreaser I'm no expert but that suggests it doesn't. The 1200 was not fully backward compatible with the 500. Many games for the 500 would not run at all on the 1200 and rather than take advantage of the technical advantages of the 1200 games houses simply produced games that ran on both as they didn't want to lose a large proportion of the gaming audience. In my opinion it was this, coupled with the lack of a serious upgrade to the Paula chip (sound) that led to the decline of Amiga.

Does this game even work on your A1200? I tried in an emulator but I could only get it to work using A500 settings and Kickstart v1.3.
