Cool, I never thought I would understand this, but piece by piece I'm beginning to get the puzzle straight.
So wow, I guess it is kinda important, especially for people who are (frequently) transferring financials.

reasonable description. I wouldn't say the mitigation techniques were extremely clear but it's a complex subject so I'm not complaining. geeks on tv - clearly they're not "talking heads" ;-)
