for a good long toss try starting short at the mound then move back about 15 feet until u get to your max distance and then hav a pull down and start coming in and then do ur wind up and practice ur pitches
lol Just ask him this... How much does it hurt when u use your arm like that? i bet u ice your arm every time after doing that kind of long toss. U need a whip not a thrust and scouts want 93-94+ not 80mph 300 feet high. whip it just above his head by 2-3 feet thats all the higher a long toss should be doesn't matter how far you go.

you let go of the ball to soon you need to fix your release point then i bet you through much harder and have more velocity trust me.
