The clever terrorists from a cave hijacked the plane, made NORAD air defense stand down, and cleverly hide the plane from being visible in this Pentagon video, they had good timing they must have slowed down the plane right before they crashed into the Pentagon so that they are not seen in that particular frame of the video.
