Simcity 4 Contest City: Small, Rural Town

This short video shows the heart of a small town I made. The whole town has a population of around 4,500 people. This is my first try at a small, rural town, and my first attempt at recording footage of Simcity 4, but I hope you like it anyway.

Its not meant to! Its the Central Business District (CBD) of a small town. But all the surrounding areas are suburbs and farmland (rural).

@SimulationUK same i have my cars on the left side but the traffic lights r on the right side of the road and dont work.but when ur on the right hand drive they work. lol

@Kingxervis Some of the mods improve the gameplay. The Network Add-on Mod significantly improves the transportation system, and considering Maxis hasn't updated the game since 2003, this could be viewed as a expansion pack in itself.

I hate mods/adds, I see no one playing the legit game these days, No one has the balls, what's the point of playing the game with cheats/mods/adds? no damn point at all. 50k dollars to the person who shows me a 12 hour video series No cheats/mods getting to 3million people in one city.
