I know what you mean about the 'grime' on the pole after a bit of poling! I thought I just had really oily/dirty/sweaty hands!

awesome, love this vid - the handspring mount to superman actually looks like a good way to learn the handspring - well, if you can do the superman! reminds me of doing cartwheel mount to butterfly to get the hang of it....will have to try and see if it's one of those ones that looks a lot harder than you make it look, lol!!!

Lazy One Up is the easiest way to learn the handspring mount!!

would "lazy one up" mean hooking a leg on to the pole then going all the way up? would it be the outside leg? thanks, you are really inspiring!

yes...the lazy way to get up the pole!!! LOL!
Outside leg hooks at either the side of the foot or heel.
