Beyond brilliant talent and a perfect mix of members FM had a sense of style that gave them a stage presence that set them apart from most bands of their day. While other female lead singers were wearing logo t-shirts faded jeans and boots Stevie was wearing ruffles, silk, lace, scarves, boas and capes etc. When you see a YouTube today of FM on stage from the 70's they just look great.

stevie has always been such a pleasure to look at. she has held up over cocaine and some drinking problems she's had over the years. she is a gem to music and we're all happy to still have her...she survived graciously.
