As I have learned the form from Helen Liang's DVD's, I was curious to see some other master perform. I can recognize the moves but there are differences about the way they are done. Sifu Liu Xiao Ling looks closer to Yang Taijiquan while Helen Liang is closer to a combination of Chen Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xing Yi... Of course, who can say which one is closer to the original? Probably no one and probably we can already talk about the spliting of Liuhebafa in substyles. Probably both are good.

That's the beauty of internal martial art for ya :). And sifu Liu is an exceptional person in that forte!

Wow, just got this dvd after viewing and being blown away by the xing-i dvd. It seems every dvd by wudang martials arts are 3 steps above every thing else out on internal kung fu that i've seen. Great, great stuff for the aspiring internal Chinese martial artist. Wow!

how far a person can step.. I think martial artist used to do half-step or a full step.. might not matter how far you can step if u can't stay balanced trough the move

after doing a little research, i found that i may have been incorrect about there not being a lineage holder in the USA =P. But still, I don't think there's much of a presence of Liu He Ba Fa here.

does anyone have any ideas on how this art could be spread more in America? I don't know if there's even a single lineage holder in the USA.
I lost this dvd. Is this same form on youtube elsewhere? When I did learn it from the DVD I learned the first about 10 movements
