  • @Lejnus No, you're not wrong. The opening at the bottom of this brouilleur is too wide, and the water pours out too fast. The flow of water should either be a very thin stream, or a fast drip.

  • stunning. i'm on the cidre at mo, but would gladly stuck that one away.

  • looks incredible, but from what ive gathered you are supposed to let it drip very slowly over the sugar. preferably ice cold water. am i wrong?
