@garora7777..i agree with him..this little bit..little bit he uses all the time and put loads of...and he is so funny that he puts hot piece in mouth and make funny noises...mouth music and dance..its fun to watch....sanjay, dont feel bad...we like ur videos...but i laugh a lot while watching and wait when will u make that noise and more gyan bout food.....stay sweet...

@Skippy22 no dalia is a type of chana dal that has been roasted and is available in indian supermarkets.

@nigeandsian well in indian cooking we never specify the amount of chili because different ppl have different spice levels and different types of chili available to them. use according to your taste. It is probably best to use medium-spicy chilis because the chilis add some texture and if u use really spicy ones like the Thai variety you can't use much :] hope that helps.

Hi Sanjay i think we can add the rice flour to it instead of maida so that the patties will become crispy :)
