Succesful stormchase on May 7 2002 in south central Kansas. The supercells produced several tornadoes of which we saw a distant one near Buckin, Kansas.

we were also chasing this tornado but were 100 yards to the south of it when is formed and chased it all the way untill it died. We almost got caught off guard by a second tornado that formed in the vacininty shortly after also. scary storms. If you remember all these cells kind of merged and then just sat over the same area for quite a while reeking havoc on the area. I will try to post our footage but don't have the software to convert it.
