@cutenukkah I'll see what I can do in the future about it. But for now, all you do is grip the top part (with the button and spout) and turn it, sometimes it will come apart from the threads. The glass itself has no threads, it's compressed on there with a little metal ring and gasket. Sorry if that's a bad description for now, but I'll try to get a video up sometime.

@saltwaterpurl In some parts of the country (like areas of New York) they still have seltzer deliveries, that come in these bottles, the same way they used to deliver milk. There is a machine at the seltzer plant they used to refill these, and typically they aren't refillable. HOWEVER, I've learned that the top can unscrew with special pliers, so I'm going to experiment with one. I figure you can just dump a new bottle of seltzer in one after it's opened to get the old-timey look?
