    Childish notion.

    Someone who does sprints every day will beat someone who does the sprints once every week. It's a matter of getting accustomed to the exercise. MMA Fighters don't train more than Boxers. Their training just varies more within the same time span.

    no, i trained with ufc fighters johnny bedford and dustin pague, but when i went back to boxing it was way harder, the training is just not the same

    MMA fighters on a high level train in most all styles i.e. boxing jui jitsu, muay thai etc....independantly of whatever MMA gym they belong to. In doing so they complete all workouts of all styles
