Workouts with kettlebells can be challenging, but I would never say that my workouts are boring.
Since the workouts have become more strenuous for me, I am constantly challenging my own perceptions of my abilities. I'm slowly building endurance by breaking my mental barriers. One effective way of doing that is to LAUGH.
