  • what year was this?

  • EL UNICO MACHO LATINO DEL BOXEO * EL CHOLO DE PANAMA,ROBERTO DURAN*

  • @TRIPLESIXSICCNESS : right, agree completely. he does write some ridiculous dumb-ass stuff.

  • hey Triple have you seen Cervantes vs DeJesus? what a fight!

  • this man Duran is poetry in motion! always in position to deliver a KO; never any unecessary or wasted movements. Reminiscent of a young Ezzard Charles at Light-Heavy.

  • @judaschongo

I'M TALKING PRIME 4 PRIME! understood?

94 Chavez was already on the decline, yes that W over Randall was a bullshit.

2000 Chavez? are you joking? you call that a prime Chavez? you've said and keep saying some ridiculous stuff.

Chavez "at best a valiant fighter" that one is a classic haha!

Prime 4 Pireme i see no KO in Brutal war, Duran by UD.

  • Duran kicks his ass in any weight class! and I mean BAD! it's just plain to see. Like I've already mentioned: if Chavez is getting severely beaten by Tszyu at 140? or even back-peddling & retreating vs Randall? even their rematch with Chavez winning on points after a clash of heads was a JOKE! I suppose were all entitled to an opinion? hope I'm not coming off as a Chavez "hater"? which I'm NOT! HATE implies passion; some unfortunately Chavez leaves me without.

  • @judaschongo

funny how the "haters" talk about Duran as if he was just another Fighters and the fanatics call others greats "at best valiant fighters" ha!.

hey i've already told you Duran would win Prime 4 Prime, i don't see a KO, my opinion wont change, i've seen Duran's best and Chavez's best, and what i see in a p4p, fights is a 11-4 for Duran.

  • if Randall made him rubbery legged; what do you think Roberto would of done to him? Triple6 just observe the frequency in which Julio was hit in fights vs: Taylor, LaPorte etc. now do you honestly believe he'd be standing after those punches from Duran? don't lie to yourself! Chavez was good; but Duran was an entirely different specimen! he more than proved that throughout his career. The never KO'd? that's true(somewhat)? but your only as good as your competition.

  • AHA! so we agree on a Duran victory; I find your "probably" a bit troubling. LOL

and I assure you I'm a boxing fan! but it's hard not to be a boxer fan(as you say) when were talking about 1of the Greatest: Roberto Duran.

yes it was me who said that; if it appears a tad ignorant? sorry, then so be it. Maybe it was a bit of an harsh indictment? but in all honesty I just don't see Chavez defeating or being better than some of the other all-time Great Lightweights or even a few Featherweights.
