What are they doing at 4:35 and 6:53?

It's pretty normal to respect eachother during practising fighting sports. You'll see it everywhere.


But that guy has some serious patience to keep taking it very easy on her while she's going all out. Normally if people do that, I warn them a few times that it's not the idea people go home injured from a simple training, but if they don't listen, then some of the brakes go off for me as well.

And then ussually, I get to watch them stand dazed or limping after being kicked around. ^_^

Of course both opponents must to respect each other (I´m kickboxer amateur). But what I quest is what are they doing at 4:35 and 6:53 and why.
