  • @sabavno its absolutely normal, dont try look at light instantly, i mean ur LCD MONITOR OR ANYTHING LIKE THT, ONCE UR DONE WITH THIS PRANAYAM, LET UR EYES CLOSED AND RUB UR HAND, AND THEN PLACE IT ON UR EYES FOR FEW MINUTES

    AND THEN LOOK UR PALMS SLOWLY AS UR EYES FOCUS FIRST, THEN LOOK AT WHATEVER U LIKE
