Slow Motion Lips (Canon HF20)

Messing around with my camera I set it to 30p with a high shutter speed and found out it can produce this really cool effect. After searching around it looks like it's similar to the stroboscopic effect and the lips are moving at a high enough rate so that it actually appears slowed down. This video was not actually put in slow motion like the title says.

Hi! I ihave the same camera, how do I change the shutter speed? Thankks!

@Educs When the camera is in movie mode, press the "func." button. Then instead of having it in Programmed AE mode move it to the right to set it to shutter-priority AE. Press the set button and then move it left and right to adjust the shutter speed. If you're looking to adjust frame rate that's under func. -> menu. Then you just go down to frame rate and select between PF30, PF24 and 60i. Hope that helps :)
