The most terrible of Verdi's Leonoras!!! (listen from min. 1:20 on).

Soprano Galina Gorchakova in her worst rendition of the aria "Pace pace mio Dio" from Verdi's "La forza del destino" (year 2001). OMG: minute 1:20....what is that "piano"? A floppy, swooping, cracking note!

You are judging her on only one note...how mean. She just didn't position it right and how upsetting for her. I'm sure she was devastated and I think it's cruel of you to post this. Can you sing this aria? Not nice.

and by the way, I think the other notes were rich and full and beautiful. Under pressure of a performance, and she might have been a little sick (which we don't know), mistakes happen. It's not the recording studio where you can have a do-over.
