Prime Minister Raila Odinga says he is not shaken by his political detractors. He broke his silence over the attacks that were leveled against him during the fundraiser for the Mau evictees and described his critics as passing clouds. Speaking in Nyamira today he insisted that he was ready to take the flack for the Mau eviction action which is described as being more important than political expediency.

Heheh, anaongea kwa Lugha ya Kibantu and telling bantu analogies, whats stopping him from getting the Bantu vote? Which he definitely didn't get in 2007 and you all know its needed to win in Kenya unless you still like Moi or cause pockets of chaos like Raila. Why is he not in hague?

Nobody is suffering in Mau because of Raila. The people in Mau are suffering because somebody either sold government forest land to them, or received money to give them allotment letters, or took advantage of his/ her position to reward them for political favours. Raila is just championing the correction of a wrong. The only thing that was not done, is proper planning for how to handle the people after they leave the forest, that is to ensure their dignity, human rights and comfort.

no way ,raila is now irrelevant ,the way people are suffering in mau because of him ,the reason that makes him not to understand the trouble people go through due to his skewed priorities are the same reasons that will make him disappear from the political arena ,
