Spooks Season 8 Shoot

Spooks Season 8 shoot in Bermondsey, South London (near Thorburn Square, home to St Anne's Church). Shot on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 June 2009.

Shooting a scene where two characters (one of them is Ros Myers) emerge from a house, kick a car window in, then reverse backwards as another car drives quickly towards them.

Could they not afford more than one breakable window glass on the car?

I thought this was a BIG BUDGET show!

It was quite late in the day, and they only had time to do one take (resetting the glass and explosives would take too long). I think that's why they ran with one take only - but it should look pretty good after editing and post-production.

You don't happen to know when exactly that is do you Icha74? I just finished season 7 (Working in a dvd rental store has it's perks!) and REALLY need more:-)
