how to fix fraps audio problem EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help me ! When I turn down that little circle to the minus and turning off the stereo mix the audio is too low ! PLEASE HELP ME !

Same for me, in properties i've only got SigmaTelAudio

For those who can't make it keep your settings that worked before but go to realtek audio I?O tab click on connector settings and tick ac 97 press ok then untick it and it should detect everything to work. I only found this out recently. I used to think what could possibly be wrong that it works 1 week then next week it doesn't.
