It's been 8 years since 9/11. It's not a bulletproof shield from criticism.
Ron Paul doesn't "blame the victim". He does this crazy thing called "critical thinking" and "reading books". Ron Paul's position is consistent with the CIA's conclusion: American international foreign policy blunders(like Iraq!) are expensive, and attract "blowback."(like 9/11)
