Like all big cities, Rome has a vexing homelessness problem. Thousands of the city's inhabitants are without shelter, and find it difficult to get a regular meal. The Matthew Online's correspondents Sara Peterson and Alison Graham investigate the work of Caritas, a Catholic organization that helps the city's most needy.

I really liked the video.
The roma woman in the first scene isn't necessarily homeless, though. At the end of the day she walks briskly to the tram laughing and chatting with her friends. I suspect she lives in one of the encampments in the city and doesn't sleep rough.
