A pile of photos of the part of the town bounded by the High Street, Crown Close, Mill Lane and Church Street showing the contrast between the shop frontages and the very old buildings round the back. The photos were taken over a year ago, since then even more 'To Let' signs have appeared. The slideshow was created with Microsoft Photosynth, captured with CamStudio, converted with VirtualDub and edited in Premiere Pro CS3.

  • this is one boring video.makes bromsgrove look even duller than it actually is. someones got far to much time on there hands.

  • To paraphrase T.S. Elliot, if I'd had more time, it would have been shorter ;)

  • Must admit I don't miss Bromsgrove one bit, just a few of the people there. I heard even McDonalds closed down? Must be bad.

  • Yep, MacDonalds is now a YMCA shop. I don't mourn the loss of such a distinguished restaurant, but we didn't really need yet another charity shop. I get the feeling they are the only kind that can afford the rates. Council keeps telling us that they are going to regenerate the town, but I keep seeing ever more 'To Let' signs.
