  • I took about 8 months off from the gym due to a shoulder injury. Just got back into it abouta month ago and my numbers are: Bench Press- 240x1 Deadlift- 315x1 and I'm squatting on Thursday so we'll the #'s then

  • try not letting your back round or your knee bow inward. explode from the initial pull. hips lower. if you can take a video from the side it would be better for people to help critique it.

  • sink your ass a tiny bit more. spread your legs more. explode up for initial pull. try double overhand grip and maybe even a hook grip

  • What are your stats for the bench press and squat? Btw the only form tweaks is to squat down a little more and dead lift from there. :D
