ご自分の身体の内側を意識する練習法です。
見た目よりも、身体の内側に意識を向け、感じながら、身体を動かしてみましょう。
内側で、動きにくい部分があったら、そこを優しくほぐしていくイメージで。内側を感じながら、背骨、肩甲骨、股関節、胸骨をゆるめて、可動域を広げていくと同時に、身体の­あらるゆところに意識を向けられるようになり、パントマイムスキル様々な動きのコントロールをしやすくなります。

please feel your inside body.
Like you have smoll boll inside your body,and it's moving slowly or storongly.
and then,it will hit your insaide body,gently or pwaerfully.
