I just fed all my pet chickens, but it seems that Cleo, my Serama hen, figured she could get more food off the beak of my Barred Rock hen

  • I love this video!!! The full sized hen and rooster really seem to enjoy being cleaned by the little bantam. That little bantam sounds exactly like my little porcelain d' uccle bantam hen! I wish I knew what all that adorable chatter meant. Great video glad to see I am not the only one with chickens hanging out in my home. Chickens Rule!

  • The little hen and rooster are Seramas. They are smaller than bantams, but don't let their tiny size fool you, they have the biggest attitudes! LOL We now have 18 seramas. They are wonderful, aren't they?

  • what a good momma hen!!

  • She's my smallest hen, she's a Serama, the worlds smallest breed of chicken. She's a little sweetheart.

  • I never knew chickens could be so cute, but they are really adorable.

  • You would be surprised. They are amazing! I never knew that either until I started keeping them as pets.

  • @95stangdude LOTS of napkins, and making use of old t-shirts and socks and towels and rags that I don't want anymore.

  • @xINVISIGOTHx ROFL So how do you keep the floor clean? I'm too lazy to even think about cleaning every 12 minutes.

  • @95stangdude my chicken poops about every 12 to 14 minute (yes I timed it)

  • Do they crap a lot? If so, how do you manage to keep clean? I really need to know because I don't know if you can actually keep them from doing it inside, or simply have a useful tip on how to deal with it. I've had chickens too, but they were always outside, never had to deal with them inside the house. I love chickens, but I need to know if I can deal with them as pets inside the house. Chickens are one of the sweetest pets I've had, I am hoping I can get one again very soon. Thanks in advance

  • They're so adorable! I have pet chickens too! :D

  • LOL the rooster : D

  • What a sweet little dear! Most people don't know that chickens groom each other and show affection.

  • Nice!

  • Im thinking about getting a few serama hens to incubate my small quail eggs and stuff. Are they broody? And are they friendly and hardy? Thanks

  • Too cute!!! I <3 chickens. :)
