1) Accordion by Adriano
2) @2:14 French vocal by unknown female.
Recorded from radio without identification in Manitoba Canada, I'd like to know who this singer is. It's not Jacqueline Francois.
It was an incomplete radio recording and I've reconstructed the last verse.
Qui est cette chanteuse? Quand ... etc?
These are from the 1950s or 60s.
PS: I'm told now that it's Renée Lebas, from 1948, but that may be wrong.

  • It's Renée Lebas. Thank you very much for sharing it, I'am very happy to hear the original version of this great song. it's good, but I prefer Jacqueline François.

  • @chansonranc Oh, so it was "the original". Very good. A hard question to get answered, and I didn't see your comment til now. I will look for the recording now. I think Jacqueline's is not nearly as interesting.

  • @chansonranc kazaguruma7 has posted it by Renee Lebas and it's not the same. What is your source? Who is really singing this?

  • it's definitly NOT Renée Lebas!!! I'd rather say it's Lina Margy or somebody like that, due to the way she pronunciates the "r" in a paesan way! The FIRST to record that song was Jacqueline François. I think it's Lina MArgy, the one who sang "ah, le petit vin blanc"
