That's the Sh*t that pisses me off. Posting her private information, and it is exactly so some quack can cause her or her family harm & even death. This is a child, and an American.

@LinkinPrc is it that obvious? i think thats where most of Jessica Ahlquist publicity came from

@TheStoicPoet the amazing atheist bring u here?

i do agree with what you said, not all Christians are like this.I have friends and family who are religious and i have no problem with them. Still, this would be alot easier to swallow if more (if any) Theist had said something that didnt infuriate me

@HipRockInc I agree fully, you seem level headed enough to have a conversation with. The thing about it is though, its a public school and not everyone shares the same beliefs. That said, public school are suppose to stay religiously neutral and with something like taking down this banner they took it as an attack on their beliefs which is stupid. Theist are becoming less tactful in thinking they are given some self proclaimed divine right to control what we think and do

Hey guys, thought id share the irony
Matthew 7:1-2
“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you."
Time to practice what you preach

There's is no difference between Religion and schizophrenia. So tell me then, why isnt religion diagnosed as a mental illness? like there is EVER a reason to harass a little girl whos intention were strictly constitutional. This is one of the many reason i was turned off by religion when it was enforced as a kid. Seems like Religion is used to safely cast judgment on others with their smug superiority complex

@TheStoicPoet It's important to remember that not all religious people act this way. Still, it is quite odd that no prominent Christian figure is willing to step forward and defend the law. Seems like as much as people talk about the Constitution in this country, we'd rather not uphold it if it means it contradicts our religious convictions.

@TheStoicPoet The idea behind putting displays in public places is that everyone gets equal representation and protection under the law. Now, either we can let everyone crowd our public places with symbols, or we can just not allow anyone to put them up at all. Obviously, the latter is the easier route to take.
People just tend to get especially butthurt when they don't get to break the law.
