Excellent doh recipe. Plus, I'm sure you get this all the time, but you look like a young Demi Moore.

what should i do if the dough isn't strong enough to handle after it rises? and how do i prevent the dough from becoming lumpy?

Thank you for the recipe. Just a few ?'s... How long do I need to bake it for? If I was going to freeze the dough, how should I do, before or after rising? Also, when I want to use the frozen dough, what's the best method? Thank you again.

Hi lliillyy88 first 475 degrees F for approx 12 mins you want your crust to be golden brown. I have froze dough before I form the doughs into individualized balls and place them in ziploc freezer bags labeled when made. I would defrost in the fridge like over night if you were to do room temp it takes a good 1.5 hrs both methods work well.
Good luck hope it works out for you.
Please let me know how it went and feel free to ask any other questions,
Bon appetit and God Bless

How do you make it so that the dough is not undercooked in the middle when you use a pizza tray? Whenever I have made my own pizza dough I have this problem, the dough in the middle of the pizza ends up undercooked.

Sorry for the tardy response I resently moved so I haven't checked messages. What I would do is make sure your oven is hot enough mininum 450 degress C then I make sure that if using a tray it is placed on bottom of oven floor. I use a pizza stone, but I am quite certain that oven floor will work. Make sure evry now and again you rotate your pizza. Good luck. Pleae let me know how it goes for you.
Cheers
