  • i love this tune and the feeling you put into it ! i have watched this movie many times , and love it ! actually , I believe time is just an illusion made up by humans . there is no such thing as time , IMHO

    Freddy,

Thank you for your kind comment. I have watched this movie a number of times too, I would go back in time too if I am guaranteed to meet Jane Seymour. LOL.

Like you I have wrestled with the concept of time; How do we know where we are now is at the forefront of time and not part of the history of a future that is already running or happening. It is like we have three stages, past, present and future, but these stages are happening concurrently, OK I am going to sleep now.

  • So beautiful!!! Love it! Thanks for sharing with us :)

I adore this music too. I picked this tune up almost 25 years ago when I was in Fort Collins right after watching the movie on HBO, I think. Yes it is a heart wrenching love story.

You are an extremely talented young lady, and having you commented on my clip is greatly appreciated.

Of the several things I've heard you play, you have a way of not over playing. As you say " The melody of this song is very haunting, and I hope I did it justice."

You did indeed do it justice by playing the melody and not throwing in much of the crap other players always seem to throw in thinking they are adding something. The song needs nothing added as you so clearly recognized and played it the way it should be played. You make that Blueridge sound very well indeed.

  • @rbvad Thank you. The melody of this song is very haunting, and I hope I did it justice.

Thank you for listening and commenting.

  • @MegaBlackPrince Wow! Thank you very much. This is the first time I received a comment of this kind. I appreciate it that you took the time to view and comment.

  • @alderbaran1 Thank you, I am glad you love it.
