I think that you're probably a "very" good cook! (: I'm making this tonight, but because I don't have the garlic paste, I'll have to use fresh, which I cooked off with the leak, bacon [and I added small cubed ham along w/the bacon]. I'm going to use it as a one dish meal. No other meat, but will serve veggies, salad and hot bread. Looks absolutely great!

how much time we can cook this in a microwave?

If I'm not in a rush I prefer to cut the potatos the old fashion way with the knife
they give them a more of a round shape

the butter goes with the leeks and bacon when you fry them off. I used my non-stick pan so i didnt use the butter. Just for those who dont have non stick stuff. Cheers!
