My 8 year old daughter has a similar paralysis where the muscles that control her smile on the bottom left lip do not move when she smiles or cries. This was diagnosed as crying facial paralysis or Cayler syndrome in 2009. No referrals were made so I am so happy to see this video. I will contact the above physician for a consult to see if anything can be done for her. My daughter loves her smile. I think she is beautiful and so is your daughter! i'm suffer from facial paralysis too..
but before i watch your video, i don't know why my face like this (without any facial expression)

yes i have consult with plastic surgery, but he didn't tell me detail...so i don't know what i'm suffer...i want to do operation, but there some obstacle (its constraints on the cost)...can you upload the complete video...
