El Shaddai, Almighty God, or God of the Mountain.
Either way it is a spiritual metaphor. Jesus is our rock, our foundation.

What is a mightier rock, a greater foundation than a mountain!

I love the unity of this church. They all sound like one big ole' choir. Gives such a 'comfort' feeling. And to top it off they're singing one of my favorite songs!
