The Wizard w/ Cast and Director Live (Part 2)

For those of you who couldn't make it to this event, here's the question and answer session from the Alamo Drafthouse's screening of The Wizard. The special guests were Todd Holland (director), Luke Edwards ("the" Wizard), and Fred Savage (Fred Savage). The screening included a Super Mario Bros. 3 pre-show in which members of the audience took turns playing Mario on the big screen.

And I gotta say, Fred Savage is a really super nice guy. I heard one of the employees at the Drafthouse talking about how Savage was supposed to be at a casting for a TV show in LA the next morning, and that his producer had called him up while he was backstage and yelled at him for being at this event so late at night. Nevertheless, Fred Savage was very polite to everyone who wanted stuff signed, and he happily posed with people who wanted their picture taken.

Wait! Where do we go for more info on the Special Edition DVD? The audio was a bit unclear. Was he asking for folks to sign a petition or let the studio know we'd be interested? "The Wizard" on Blue-ray would be AWESOME!!

This is the first I've known of the director trying to get a special edition done. I bought the VHS several years ago. I have seen a DVD in stores the last couple years but I held off because it was barebones and Full Screen. Tell me where to sign. Would like a Little Monsters SE, too.
