  • yeah you need to stabilize that lumbar spine more...shouldn't be moving it. Try using less weight because it looks like it's too much for you

    if something is wrong with it, tell him in a constructive way, that's why he made the video

  • You need to explode and the bar needs to hit around the sternum. It just looks like the weight is to heavy for you. Get the form down with just the bar and work your way up.
