Read his description, he is NOT using rmxp or any of that. Hes using a 3d program like 3dsmax and just using the tileset textures for the models.

omg brings me back when playstation was born...crappy graphics now but back then we didnt give a rats ass!now technology has gotten to us we think that looks bad...XD

ok guys, I'm working on getting the cel shading fixed, hopefully it will be corrected here in a couple weeks. I might also expand the area so it's much bigger...
