They were only like the most famous and awe inspiring band of their time and have inspired countless musicians and bands all before they were 30 and Lennon-McCartney are considered to be one of if not the best songwriting teams of all time. But yah, they were idiots.

But in a way it's kinda good. Because if they would've just cheapened their music. Take the Stones for instance, if they had stopped when they were at the Beatles position when they broke up, they would've been a lot more famous. Don't get me wrong, I love the Beatles forever, but I think that they quit at exactly the right time. Plus they all would've hated each other and  would've never wanted to be within 10 yards of each other. But they quit and they all played on each other's solo albums.
